Full Service Events

We will handle set-up, clean-up and service for your event.  A 5% service charge will be applied to your event.  We provide linen for all food tables.  Linen is available for seating tables.   $12 per table.

Plastic or China

Plastic plates, utensils, cups and napkins are provided at no additional cost.

China service, flatware, glassware and linen napkins are available.   $8.00 per guest

Professional Service

Service Staff-$100

The service staff fee provides professional staffing for your event for parties up to 4 hours in length.  Each additional hour is billed at $25 per server.  We will discuss appropriate staffing levels for your affair.  

Drop-Off without Service

Drop-off service is available for many venues.  We can discuss delivery options available for your event.  

Delivery fee $50

All Items delivered on plastic tray and re-heatable containers with heating instructions.  

Set-up fee $125

We will set-up your event with linen and service ware and arrange to pick items up after your event.

Payment

A 20% deposit is required to confirm your event.  The remaining balance is required the day of your event.

All changes and cancellations referring to the menu, guest count or event arrangements must be confirmed five business days prior to the event date in writing.  All cancellations made with less than three business days notice may be changed for any food and labor that have been committed to the event.  Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will result in a charge of 100% of the total bill.
